I called the clinic for what I thought would be an emergency extraction. From Shelley at the front desk answering my questions about billing and getting me in so quickly, to Pat taking me in and being gentle sympathizing with my past dental horror stories, it was such a breath of fresh air to be in a caring environment. Dr. Charlie was absolutely amazing. She was transparent with my treatment plan and made sure to give me realistic expectations for the future. I’d highly recommend this clinic for their amazing staff and warm environment. All very knowledgeable and aren’t just walking-talking robots. Lol! I had a great experience! Thanks so much team!

Dr. Charlie is a fabulous dentist, she’s passionate about dentistry and takes time with her patients. In addition to this powerhouse is a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Yesterday, was my first visit and hands down my best trip to the dentist in a long time!

I can truly say that I and my mother had an amazing visit. Dr. Charlie and my hygienist are the best. Dr. Charlie is not only on top of the dental experience, but she is compassionate and really cares for her patients. My hygienist today that performed my cleaning has really goods hands. She did an awesome job - no pain! The receptionist is really special too. This is what a trip to the dentist should be like. Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Charlie and team do a great job. Their concern with my comfort is always impressive. I've been there too many times this year (not their fault, I have an old mouth) and attention to detail is superb. The office has been substantially upgraded with modern equipment and coupled to the great explanations and personal service, it is a complete package.

Dr. Charlie and the entire team at Define has one of the best dental practices that I’ve encountered. They have given the best care to my 88-year old mother, and it’s one of her favorite appointments to go to. That’s pretty high praise, and great to hear as her daughter. They are honest, caring, and bring state-of-the-art UCSF training to Livermore. 5 stars and I would give more if I could!

My highest ratings for Dr. Charlie and her entire staff. I have had minimal dental needs for the past 25+ adult years of my life (2 cleanings per year). The time had come to replace 2 very old veneered teeth that covered 2 peg laterals as they were old and needed replacing. I switched dentist just to have Dr. Charlie do this work and I am so glad I did. She is extremely competent, teaches new dentists so she’s up on all the latest techniques and equipment and her perfectionist nature pays off with your teeth. The end result for me was having 3/4 crowns on 4 teeth that fit perfectly and look real. It was important to me that the teeth don’t look like fake chicklets! She is compassionate with me and her staff. I feel like how you treat your staff tells a lot about who you are as a person. The dental hygienist gave me the best cleaning I have ever had and Shelly runs the office like a champ. You will know just how much you owe after your insurance pays out and not be surprised. Let me also mention that her dental assistant is a gentle and extremely knowledgeable companion to Dr. Charlie. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

We are so thrilled for dentist day. Dr Charlie’s team is so welcoming and friendly to my family and toddlers. She always gives HONEST advice for all of us and you truly feel at ease. All the anxiety of going to the dentist is gone!
